Licensed Dog Photo Contest - Voting Begins May 7th

The pictures have been received and we are now ready for residents to vote for their favorite photo.

The winner will represent Chesterfield for the 2024-2025 Dog License Year!

Who can Vote? Any Chesterfield Resident - please only vote once.

How can residents Vote?

  • Visit the official Town Clerk Facebook Page - all dogs will be shown with their name & a number. Write the name & number in a comment to vote.
  • Come to our office when the Administrative Bldg is open & view all dog photos on our poster.
  • View the dog photo poster above & email the town clerk the name & number of your favorite dog.

Voting will continue until May 20th. After we tally the votes we will announce the winner for the Town Clerk 2024-25 Mascot. We can't wait!


No Change for Large Bills ($50s or $100s):

We cannot make change for bills larger than $20. We can accept $50s and $100s for payment but simply cannot make change for these bills.


What does a Town Clerk Do?
The Town Clerk's Office handles vehicle and dog registrations as well as process vital records for the town. With the Town Moderator, we handle local, state, and federal elections.
